Random Facts
-
I'm old enough to know better but too young to resist.
-
I love
my husband but
oh...Harrison Ford &
Denzel Washington!
-
I remember Elvis, and
I miss him.
-
I remember Viet Nam and Korea.
-
I'm a native Floridian with sand in my shoes.
-
I'm still crazy after all these years.
I was born in a small
little town in the Panhandle,
Live Oak, Florida. When I was about 9 years
old we moved to
Jacksonville, Florida and
that's where I've lived all my adult life. My Father passed away
when I was 7 years old. I lost my
Mother in 1982 and
still miss her kindness
and sense of humor. I had
three
brothers and they have
also passed away,
the last one as recent as
December 21, 2005. I miss
all of them but hope to be
reunited with them
someday.
I've
been married to hubby Darrell seems like forever.
Darrell was born in Sandoval, Illinois. Between us we
have 2 girls and 2 boys. They are all married with
families of their own. Fortunately, they all live nearby
so that makes holidays really special.
We have 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Darrell
retired from the Army in 1977 and just recently retired from the City
Of Jacksonville. I retired from an insurance company. We
love to travel, sometimes gone for a month or two.
I'm utterly
hooked on Paint Shop Pro
and spend all my free time
playing and creating web
page sets.
I think
I've bored you long
enough. Thank you
for your interest.
